I have your Scalerail, Scaleroad, Rural Landscapes, and World Landscape packages for Railworks. They all install fine with the exception of Scalerail. When I try to install that I get a launcher error message stating"Could not startthe setop". I have tried re-downloading but continue to get that message. I am running Windows 7 64bit. Have also tried turning UAC off but that didn't make a difference. Any suggestions? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

Not sure what could cause the problem, and no one else has mentioned any issues, and the files haven't been touched for some time. Anything running in the background that might interfere with the installer (Norton, McAfee, etc.)?

The only other thing that I can imagine would interfere is Comodo Security Suite. I turned that off but still have the same issue. Odd that this particular file would be affected but none of your other installers are. I'm baffled.

Problem Solved. I use WinRAR to extract my zip files. That's what was used to extract the problem Scalerail installer. I tried using Windows Explorer instead of WinRAR and the installer ran perfectly. Must be an issue with WinRAR (knew it couldn't be with any of Marc's products). (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)
