When I was doing a UP 6000 Horse Power SD90MAC renumber, as I was getting ready to tweak the eng file for the HP upgrade, I found that the Physics for the . eng file was already set up for the 6000 HP version even though the units it was for was 4300 HP. So what I realized was my other SD9043MAC's had too much HP. Is this bug gonna be fixed I hope. Having the wrong HP can screw up playability and realism in MSTS. So far I only discovered it in the UP units, but I have posted links to the roster sites below
UP : http://www.ole.net/~rcraig/UP.HTML
CP : http://www.ole.net/~rcraig/CP.HTML and http://www.trainweb....ter/current.htm (Most all are 4300HP versions I don't know if the PH-II's are 4300 HP.)
CEFX: http://www.railspot....ster/CEFX01.HTM (all they have is 4300 HP versions)
Other than that the Ditch light bug I was talking about last night, I realized that UP's SD90's except for the Phase II 6000 HP Versions with the newer noses does have the ditch light below the deck as seen at http://www.railpictu...to.php?id=23253 and http://www.railpictu...to.php?id=39542 . The Phase II 6000 hp versions have the ditch lights above the deck as well as the Numberboards being above the cab and the nose is differnt. You can see the Phase II version at http://www.railpictu...to.php?id=48006 . Now the EMD Prototype version of the Phase 2 SD90MAC is the oddball by having its ditchlights below the deck as seen at http://www.railpictu...to.php?id=56930 . Now for the CP and CEFX version's all their SD90MAC's that I seen pictures of all have their ditchlights above the deck.
