One of the first pics of the town of Berryville.

(Another of Berryville will be posted to the Train-Sim Screen Shot forum as soon as I'm done posting here.)

A minor discrepency there. The loco's of the North Arkansas actually used coal (so I modeled the coaling platform), yet the freeware model being used is a woodburner. Seeing as I would not have the source files for the steamer, it will have to remain a woodburner.

As for "coal up"... it is more properly "coalin' up" smile.gif

The term for woodburners was "woodin' up".

Both long lost terms in railroad culture.

rolleyes.gif Is anybody else getting as excited as I am about this Route?? What great screen shots. Andre, you really have an eye for detail and it shows with every new shot we get from you. Thank you for sharing! It is appreciated!! (makes me want the Route that much more, but I'm patient!). You have to be in V-Railroading, right? laugh.gif

The finished route will be intermediately priced payware.

Pending permission, the locomotives/rollingstock will be available to any/all as freeware via Train-sim.com.

All activities for the route will use the freeware locomotives/rollingstock with no other additional add-ons required. At this point, the locos and rollingstock consist of:

3 drivable locomotives, 3 AI locomotives
4 boxcars (2 loaded 2 empty)
3 flatcars (1 tie load 1 rail load 1 empty)
1 caboose

Total of 14 pieces.

The above are mixed and reused to create believable trains. I anticipate a minimum of 12 (or more) activities to be ready for release with the route, and likely more to follow as bonus packs to purchasers.
