Hello:

Hello as you see and bought via paypal the software OR_ATSF_F7. from the date of purchase I have not received any email with download link, nothing at all, and written to your emails with the problem and more than a week I have not answered anything, so I see myself to claim the amount to paypal for my refund. . Attachment with Paypal invoice of the purchase.

I see that your Forum status is "Valued Customer"  have you bought other 3dTrains products or is this your first purchase?

 

You should be capable of accessing the download at this location

Why can't I get a response like gus78 is? I paid for my download and have left several emails and post.

gus78 had previously purchased a 3dTrains product, therefore he had access to the download area, but he is lacking his email with the product code which is required for installation.  Did you get your email with your product code?  In order to download you have to have a forum status of "Valued Customer".  To get that forum status you have to email Marc with your forum username using the same email as you used with PayPal, then he can match that to your purchase and change your forum status.

Okay let the fun begin. Yes I got the code. After several emails i finally got that.  I have sent "several" emails to Marc and to support and posted several times with that very information to have my QCTRAIN account changed to valued customer. Maybe you could let him know that there are several requests of that very thing waiting in their email inboxes. But for craps and giggles here it is again.
