Hello Marc, Still experimenting with scenarios and trying my hand at a standard scenario with AI traffic. I would like to route trains down specific yard tracks in the Bakersfield yards. It looks like before I can do that they need to be named. If so, will this be near future or something near the end of the build process?

Having fun, Donald

Something on the to-do list, yes. :)

Cheers!

You can use your own destination markers in your scenarios, and give them the names you want?

As Kanawha stated, you can name any siding, destination with whatever name you like in your scenario....these names and destinations are specific to your scenario only and has no affect whatsoever on the the main build of the route.

Cheers....

Hi guys, thanks for the help. Added a couple of siding markers this evening and enjoyed a couple of yard switchers shuttering about while moving the tonnage on the mainlines.

If I get to the point where my scenarios can be published here, would including downloads from the RWA library be out of order. I am using PFE reefers, ATSF GP-7 and ATSF SD-45 for starters, trying for early 90's era.

Payware includes Donner Pass, SP SD45, UP SD45, SP SD70M, ATSF SD75, Rio Grande SD50 and Soldier Summit.

Not really. If the player doesn't have all the trains your scenario requires, it sometimes fails to run.

In that case, one can substitute locomotives or rolling stock using RW_Tools.

So best include a list of the scenario's requirements.
