A bit late in posting these here, and I guess I was waiting on someone else starting....

Portland Maine.

A stunningly beautiful route, particularly to the South West, near Nonesuch and Scarborough rivers where the line travels over saltmarsh in a truly gorgeous wilderness area.

Other areas are well detailed and totally lifelike - the correct detail and just enough to make it a real railroad.

How big is this route? Is there any real scope for short mainline runs?

The route is 17-miles in length. You can do a lot in that distance - I've had the notion to do a small 7-mile portion of a larger route myself. smile.gif

Cheers!
