This route is now default #10, and a pretty good gift to the community it is too.

Don't know how many of you will have run it, being from the other side of the Pond, but it is well worth having a close look. Keith Ross built the original version 1 for the first route building challenge (as a rest from building the West Coast Main Line - shortly to be released on Steam too!).

Set in South West Scotland, based in the 60s to 70s period (though it stretches up to date if required) it pretty accurately models the original. One of the best scenic routes completed so far. The following shots are from the early stages of a new scenario available over at UK Trainsim - Morning Muddle...

You really have to look hard around that route as there is so much detail. Very impressive Rod wink.gif

Hi Kevin, full kudos to Keith Ross for his "eye" for detail, real railway detail, that makes every inch of this route a real pleasure to run (and to RSDL for the beautiful engine).

A few more, still only from the first 5 minutes of this scenario - trouble is I am spending all my time just walking around the yard!
